SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel, pause, or modify your Mighty Cap Mushrooms subscription at any time by logging into your customer account and selecting "Subscriptions." From there, you can manage your active subscriptions.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, click on the subscription you wish to cancel, and select "Cancel subscription." Cancellation takes effect immediately - you will not be charged for future deliveries, and no additional shipments will be sent. Please note that cancellations cannot be undone.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you need a temporary break from your subscription, you can pause it instead of canceling. Simply select "Pause subscription" from your account. You can resume your subscription at any time.

Billing and Refunds

When you cancel your subscription, billing stops immediately. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period or products already shipped. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your renewal date.
