What started out as a garage side hustle in 2018 grew into an exciting passion project that matured into a dependable company consistently providing the best local gourmet mushrooms in the industry. Founder, Chris Batlle, saw an opportunity to provide the food service industry with domestically grown, gourmet mushrooms and unparallel customer service. Chris' background extends deep into high-end construction, the commercial seafood industry and wine industry. Â When Chirs isn't foraging and growing mushrooms, he can often be found in "chef mode" cooking, offroad racing, farming various projects and spending time with his beautiful family.
