RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mighty Cap Mushrooms. If you're not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following:

  • Unopened and unused products in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items shipped

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened mushroom grow kits (due to contamination risk)
  • Opened supplements or skincare products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products showing signs of use or tampering
  • Subscription products after they have been opened

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mightycapmushrooms@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Subscription Refunds

Subscription orders cannot be refunded once processed and shipped. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but we do not refund the current billing period. See our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for more details.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or the product was defective
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
